Odd Pet Vet

I brought Mr Pickles an his wife-Philobena in and just pulling up to the place, I knew id love it. Such good vibes. Goats outside, resident owl and hawk inside in there own sections of the atrium. Everyone there is sweet and kind. I got a great vet, a nice man with lots of pets of his own. He's treating Mr Pickles foot and he'll be fine. He even trimmed their nails! Lastly, the price was dinner for two at the 99! Easy. I never knew such a place is there! Its a little up and behind the main drag, off the beaten track.

I’ve been owning hamsters for about 6 years now, and this has been the best experience I’ve had taking a hammy to the vet! I needed a vet ASAP and Odd Pet Vet made an appointment for the next day. Dr. Mertz really took time to do a full exam of my boy, Cal, and made sure that it was not super stressful for Cal (who is young & timid!) but still thorough on his end. He was informative and you could tell he really cares about the health of the animals he sees (big & small!) It’s really hard to come by a good vet for hamsters in my area, so I’ll definitely be coming back in a heart beat if needed. 11/10 would recommend!

I am so glad that I found these guys. I have been hesitant to give a review only for the selfish fact that they’ll get too popular, and I won’t be able to book appointments as easily. I’ve have taken my birds, Sage and Phoenix to Odd Pet Vet multiple times. The father and son veterinarians -how I don’t know their names by now is embarrassing, and Dr.Kneeland. All three have been amazing! The vets here spend time with your animal. In between them, and the wonderful assistants, they have, you can tell that they genuinely care about helping animals in need. I am a stickler for only going vets who specialize in avian care. I brought my tortoise Norman in to get a check up as I suspected he had a respiratory infection and they treated him for such but also identified he had parasites, which I was glad to find out. We felt that we were in the best hands to take care of Norman and were treated very well. Everyone was so friendly and kind and Greg and Tess were incredible at treating him. Kate and Kate were so helpful and Patty was lovely! Thank you everyone for your help! You are the best!

I recently boarded my beloved guinea pig at Odd Pet Vet for six days (his first time boarding ever, so I was a bit uneasy). My nerves and worries completely went away when meeting the incredibly kind, caring, and calming veterinary and boarding staff, as well as the super sweet Mary Ann! Odd Pet Vet truly and deeply cares for all animals, and I cannot imagine leaving my little guy in the care of anybody else! Thank you, Odd Pet Vet!! :)
