Oconto Pharmacy

Amended Review: Oconto Pharmacy’s manager and pharmacist contacted me, and we spoke about the issues that were troubling me. I very much appreciate the extra effort in reaching out to a customer in order to resolve these concerns, especially outside of business hours. Based on our conversation and my understanding of the pharmacy’s limitations at this time, I am impressed in their willingness to work with customers with pricing and availability of medications. We discussed all of my issues and I feel the manager was very sincere and honest with me. So, unless there’s a drastic reversal regarding our discussion, I now happily give Oconto Pharmacy a five-star rating. If for nothing else, the willingness to meet the needs of their customers is outstanding.

Nice people in person. Only had one rude on the phone that hung up loudly without even saying bye and another that didn't get ALL of my meds ready but not too many issues otherwise

Went here once to pick up an over the county medication and to try to support a small business. It was significantly over priced. I understand that there is a cost differential but this seemed excessive. Almost $9 more than other big box stores ($22 vs $13-$14). The pharmacy also looks like it is in rough shape both outside and inside. From the outside it looks like an abandoned building and the floor inside was incredibly uneven. That being said, the staff was very friendly.

I've been using this pharmacy for a year now and it's been great until about a month ago when they got a new employee. Older blonde woman. Extremely rude and acts like me getting my prescription filled is an inconvence to her. Will never use this pharmacy as long as she's employed there.

After visiting several times my doctors office called them about a script that was sent in 5 days earlier and they had not filled it or even ordred the drugs the pharmacist told my doctor they may want to use another pharmacy because it would take several days to get it in. What happened to that concern five days earlier when they got the script. We have many prescriptions through the course of a month but I will be driving 20 minutes north to get better service. Also drive thru is very slow and the counter isn’t much better A former customer
