Don’t come here if you have a sinus infection… I told them that ever since I was a baby (i’m 22 years old) I can’t fight off colds on my own. It always turns bacterial and every time without fail I need antibiotics to get rid of it. They refused to call me in antibiotics. I know my body and I know I’ll be back in a different urgent care within the next few days asking for antibiotics because again, whether it’s covid or a common cold I need antibiotics. Don’t they also help prevent infections? The receptionists were great but the care I got from the primary care doctor was comically horrible…they gave me an antihistamine and an inhaler??? Just call in antibiotics. I am beyond annoyed, disappointed and so sick.

Went in this morning around 11 , told them I had a sinus infection , I get these all the time . I told them I was allergic to cats and that’s what triggered it . I got a steroid shot , however no antibiotics when I called Walgreens , they said they had got me something for itching . Never said I was itching and actually did tell the dr I needed a z pack . so I called the office in the evening to tell them the shot really didn’t do anything and I know my body needs an antibiotic …. The lady on the phone was very kind and trying to help , when she got back on the phone they said the reason they did not give it to me because they felt I did not need it. Jessica is so sweet. I am in here right now for lung injury, and I tell you what, I have never felt so comfortable. They are so sweet and she turned the lights down and gave me water. She really set the mood for my examination. Bring all your work related injuries here. It's also next to Dunkin and Jimmy John's and Bundt Cakes, so you can't lose.

I went here with a pretty bad toenail break 2 days before my wedding. The PA and MA were so kind and worked really hard to save the nail. They spent well over an hour helping me and it was relatively pain free. I actually had a pretty good time, all things considered. We talked the whole time to keep my mind off of it. I will be back to this urgent care when needed.

I will never come here again. I came at 8:00 this morning and 2.5 hours, I am still waiting to see a doctor. I’d leave but they make sure to take the co payment at check in. My Chart gave me my Covid test results long before anyone else. In fact, I received them 35 minutes ago from My Chart and no one has came back ron me after telling me “10 minutes.” No one that is checking in warned how long the wait will be and the front desk knows because I certainly do! How are these elderly ppl suppose to sit here for hours and be at a greater risk of picking up further illness? There is only one physician on staff. This is utterly a joke.
