Ochsner Pharmacy & Wellness - Lake Terrace

Super easy! I do all of my scripts via the Ochsner portal

Clean, friendly, and easy to find where you need to be for your appointment. The staff for sure is friendly and knowledgeable. The pharmacy was easy to work with on getting your prescription. There is plenty of parking.

The pharmacist today was extremely rude. She refused to use the manufacturer coupon sent over by the doctor, only saying “I’ve never seen that before.” She insisted that they don’t take any kind of patient assistance, not manufacturer coupons, provider discounts, goodrx, etc. Which seems fishy since every other pharmacy does AND their website says they do. Regardless, her delivery was cold, callous and without any degree of customer service. I’ve been a patient at this pharmacy for years, I’ve never seen this woman before, but I left and immediately switched all of my family’s prescriptions to a competitor. No one deserves to be treated that way. Ochsner needs to work on their training, and maybe on their hiring policies as well.

This clinic is great. Every time I have an appointment there I am treated with care and respect. I have all of my medications filled and delivered here and am always happy with the service. The pharmacist is always helpful and pleasant.

Great experience when the main pharmacy was out of stock. Very simple to go there and have my prescription filled.
