Ochsner Pharmacy & Wellness - Covington

the Pharmacist and pharmacy technicians on schedule today were very courteous and helpful and communicative regarding my prescription refill. This Oechsner medical facility is well-kept, clean and employs individuals with impeccable hygiene! 😁 if you i’ve never been to this location and you are going specifically to visit the pharmacy, when you pull into the facility making a left off of Ochsner Boulevard, the building will be in a U-shaped facing you. The pharmacy will be directly through the main entrance, where emergency vehicles report sick patients to, and directly on the left beneath the stairwell. You Will see your registration directly in front of you. The seats in the waiting areas are nice, and my favorite perk of the places that it has a PJs coffee and tea bar! Cake balls for li

These folks are awesome! They are super fast and incredibly helpful! The convenience of having the pharmacy next to my doctor’s office is great!!

Everyone was very helpful, from the greeters, ladies at the desk, & nurses. I sometimes pass out when I get blood drawn but after telling the nurse, she made sure I’d be in a safe spot just in case. And she did an awesome job at distracting me by talking to me to help get my mind off of it. She was successful! I didn’t pass out! All the staff seem to genuinely care about the patients. I’d highly recommend this facility.
