Ochsner LSU Health - Neurology Center

I've had an appointment scheduled for Six. Months now. Had to cancel plans that I've had since December of 2024 to make this appointment. They call me the day before the appointment to tell me that the provider I'm supposed to be seeing won't be in for my appointment, they're going to need to reschedule. The next appointment they have available for me? May 27th of 2026. I've put my life on hold for this appointment and now I have to put it back even further? And deal with even more migraines and no answers?! Are you serious? You're lucky you're my only option.

Hello, I had a wonderful visit on Friday, October 24 for a MRI. I’ve just discovered this morning that an expensive necklace I had to take off was lost in the first dressing room. It is small and probably was stepped on. The tech guy helped me take it off. I hope someone turned it in. I’ve had it for 15 years. You are closed today. I must say that all of the personnel that I’ve encountered there starting with the security guard have been exceptional. I will call on Monday hoping you have good news for me!

Been trying for 5 days to make an appointment for my husband (has eplisy) jus to get meds refilled and the office has yet to call me back. Not impressed

I stayed at the neurology clinic for 2 days for an EMU recently. This is a shoutout to every single nurse, resident, the neurologist on call, the neurologist and nurses assigned to my case in the clinic downstairs, the techs, dietitians, etc. Everyone was very attentive, very compassionate, very personable and overall made my stay pleasurable. They explained my condition to me in great detail. They made sure everything was done in a timely manner. The room was clean and made comfortable. Overall, the stay was made whole by every person that entered my room, and I can not thank them enough for helping me through this time and better understanding my diagnosis. Thank you all.

I have Parkinson’s. Was referred to neurology clinic. About 1 1/2 yrs ago. Not sure of date due to memory loss. But, every time it got close to my appointment I would get a call or letter saying it had been changed. Also, if you try to call them. You either get no answer and if you leave a message you do not get called back. Not very effective
