Ochsner Health Plan

Just signed up.recieved healthcare card with wrong pcp name ,not one i listed at sign up.took 3 trys to speak to customer service their phone system is bad you cannot understand the words was breaking up badly.3rd time was a little better was told will correct,but will take a month to get new card???? I asked if offer member portal could not find,was told no.they have been operating appr 5 yrs,this is important to have.Hope it gets better

Why would a person join Ochsner's Health Plan? They have prohibited their Doctors/PASS from giving patients drug company samples! Some people rely on that help, especially when they are in a donut hole situation! This is the mark of an uncaring health care provider!
