Unfortunately, I found Dr. to be unprofessional and lacking in bedside manner during our interaction. Their tone came across as rude and dismissive, which made me feel uncomfortable and unheard as a patient. I believe that respectful communication and compassion are essential components of medical care, and I was disappointed and did not even start treatment with them since I did not feel safe. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that it will be taken seriously and used to improve patient care and communication moving forward.

Very disappointed with this dental office. They rescheduled my appointment twice, and when they finally set a new date, they only informed me the day before. I forgot about the visit, and no one bothered to remind me on the day of the appointment. When I asked why they didn’t call, the receptionist responded rudely and even raised her tone, even though I was speaking calmly. The doctor also spoke in an unprofessional and dismissive manner, as if he was doing me a favor. If this is how they treat their patients, I’m never going back. NOT RECOMMENDED‼️‼️‼️‼️

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, the dentists are not good at all… growing up this was the dental office I attended and I am not lying when I say that all my teeth are filled, they tried scamming my insurance so many times by explaining how I have two root canals, I got one done by them, worst experience ever. They do not talk you through procedures at all. For the alleged second root canal I went to a different office to get a second opinion because my tooth did not hurt, or anything … the second opinion told me that I just have a hole that can be easily filled and no root canal was needed. They genuinely scam your insurance. I am very upset with this place, please don’t take your kids here, and always get a second opinion from another dentist, OR JUST DO NOT COME HERE!!

Please do not go here the worst place ever. They will ruin all of your teeth just to make money out of you. I was 15 when they did a root canal on me, on the tooth that was not hurting! I did regular check ups every 4 to 6 months. I am still struggling with that root canal because they left a piece in there. The crown keeps falling off they ruined a perfect tooth. They wanted to do another tooth that was not hurting so I went to a different doctor. Thank God I did. The other doctor said that there was nothing wrong with the truth. They are scammers and just want your money. I still don’t understand how they don’t feel bad for ruining kids teeth just for money

Be careful: that dental office do upfront billing. No responsibility for that! Be careful who will do the procedure: you think that is a doctor who performs anesthesia, but it comes surprisingly another person possibly to train skills on you, you had no idea about. They allowed doing that if they do so. The only concern is when they bill you twice, otherwise no one of controlling agencies has interest looking into it.
