I love coming to this pharmacy! The customer service is exceptional! Everyone there is so kind and understanding. My favorite place.

The ladies here were very friendly. They were quick to feel my prescriptions. I was visiting from out of town and was so happy to find this place.

If you rely on your refills, avoid this pharmacy. I’ve been on the same medication for five years and have never experienced issues—until I started using Ocean Springs Discount Pharmacy. For the past two months, they’ve repeatedly claimed they haven’t received my prescription, even though one of my medications sent to a different pharmacy arrived just fine. They offer no help to resolve the issue and show little concern about whether or not you receive your medication. I was screamed at over the phone, hung up on, and ultimately told they would no longer fill any prescriptions for me—just because I complained about the way I was treated. Even the pharmacist raised their voice at me rather than offering a solution. This is unacceptable behavior, especially when dealing with people’s healt

Do you like getting your prescription drugs? Do not go here! I’ve wasted my time calling them for the past 4 months to get a medication that is in scarce demand. When they finally have it, they asked me if I have ever been a customer with them before. I’ve tried, you have never allowed me the opportunity. And here we are with the potential for collaboration and you decide that: 1. You’re going to withhold medication from the public for your personal roster of clients. & 2. When I call back after you hung up to discuss how rude your pharmacy was during our discussion you try and turn the argument around and claim I’m the rude one try and say you’re going to blacklist me when you’ve already done so and proceed to hang up on me again.
