Ocean Radiology

I had an appointment for October 6. I received a call from them a week ago saying they needed my referral but would be closed for 2 weeks. I went there and gave them my teferral. .Rescheduled for oct 27. Now I received a call from them saying they are over booked and I can't be seen till maybe November after they already booked an appt with me. Very nasty on the phone. Would never recommend them.

I didn't like this clinic at all. The secretary girl doesn't treat patients well. She just wants to make money from the clinic. It's been 2 weeks since I made an appointment. When it was my turn, she made excuses and didn't let me in. They should be taken to task. They should be closed down. They don't respect people when people go looking for treatment. This clinic is bad. You should sue.

I had an excellent experience at Ocean Radiology. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and I was seen promptly. The technicians were incredibly patient and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure, explaining everything clearly. I have been wanting to go to this clinic for a month now but they don't accept me or they make me wait in line. I have missed work several times and traveled a long way. My doctor referred me to this clinic so I thought it would be convenient, but the staff and secretaries don't meet the requirements.

If you have all day to wait, you are at the right place. Waiting 1 1/2 hour is something that is not what I expected, specially in medical facility . If you are sick and can’t wait a long time after your scheduled time, look for another place
