Ocean Pediatrics in Laguna Hills is an excellent practice. The new office is beautiful, professional, and very inviting, with a friendly and attentive staff. Our pediatrician, Rebecca Allen, has cared for our family for years, and I chose to follow her to this new location because of the trust and confidence I have in her medical care. I recently brought my daughter in for a last-minute sick visit and was greeted promptly and courteously. The office environment was welcoming, and the service was efficient with minimal wait time. We were seen by Jen, the pediatric nurse practitioner, who was knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. Dr. Phillips has a calm, friendly presence and knows exactly how to connect with kids Jason felt completely comfortable and was even excited during the visit! He took his time, answered all of our questions thoughtfully, and made sure we felt informed and supported. I would highly recommend this doctor's office! From the front staff to the nurses and physicians, everything about this place is great. We personally love Dr. Allen, she does an amazing job caring for our kids and is always thorough and kind. Getting seen for sick visits is simple, which is a huge plus. The office is easy to get to, appointments are usually prompt, and the overall staff is super friendly. If you’re looking for a solid family doctor, this is the place to be!
