This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I had to get a drug screening done for employment, and the woman that did the test ruined my hair. She should have taken hair from underneath or throughout my head so it wouldn’t be so noticeable, instead she took a huge chunk from the top of my head and it’s extremely noticeable and can’t be hidden. People always ask what happened to my hair, and think it’s heat damage that burnt off a chunk of my hair, but no it was someone completely unaware of what they were doing who ruined my hair. It’s going to literally take years to grow back, and I regret even going here. The woman didn’t seem to know what she was doing, and as I was driving away, she called me to come back because she forgot to get me to sign some forms. If your job requires you to get a

My "schulded" appointment was for 3:15 pm arrived 15 minutes earlier. Waited over 45 minutes to be told they were "short staffed" to be patient. Okay fine, after another 10 minutes I heard a staff member say, she doesn't know how to fill out the questionare or do a script for my chest xray. After another 20 minutes I was told to go to another building which I found by asking around because they didn't take 2 minutes to give me directions. Personally I think this facilities staff lack proffesionalism, empathy, and customer service skills. I am a nurse and the last thing you tell a patient is the sad words... "We are short staffed" I don't recommend this office unfortunately this is where most employees send there employees. Sad very sad staff at Suite #3

When a doc is in training they shouldn't have the person in training give you a physical then leave the room and 25 min later the doctor comes in and does the same exact physical. Waste of time. If your training that should either be done the same time or not on my time and explained how it would work. Everyone else was great but making you sit for 30 min is ridiculous. I will never again allow the doc in training to take part in my yearly physical.

Takes all day to see you not on time move at their own pace. You be sitting here for hours. I’ve been sitting here for an hour. They still check me out yet. Don’t recommend coming here if you don’t have to.
