Ocala Pharmacy

We have been using Ocala Pharmacy for over a year now and have nothing but high marks for them in all aspects of help with our family's pharmacy needs. Pharmacist Bobby and family--along with Sandy, pharmacy tech--are terrific, super sweet and helpful; they are what a family pharmacy is all about.

This Pharmacy is just amazing. One of my daughter‘s prescriptions at Walgreens is $184. I questioned why it was so high even with my insurance and they told me that the prescription cost $480 without insurance so I was getting a good deal. I transferred all my prescriptions over to Ocala Pharmacy and I got the same exact prescription for $24 for 90 days supply. All of my other prescriptions are costing under two dollars and they used to cost me between 10 and $30. I don’t know how they have such a great Pharmacy business going, but I’m so thankful for them. I think everybody should transfer over from corporate pharmacies and give all the business to this small business. Thank you, Ocala Pharmacy for making my family’s medicine affordable.

This is a true hometown pharmacy. The store itself I very clean and the staff are the nicest people in the world. I have been coming to ocala pharmacy since before he opened the new location and I have never encountered a problem at all, quite the opposite they are very accommodating. If anyone thinks for one moment you can get this quality of service from cvs or Walgreens you're mistaken. I have read some of these reviews with 1 or 2 stars and I can say with authenticity that if anyone is unhappy about something all you have to do is talk to Bobby or his boss Liz and they will make it right!!!!

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I will be reporting them. I'm disabled and pharmacist refused to give me his name. Refused to deliver meds that I needed. Told me it's not worth their time. I was told my Salud Vip That Bob the owner would be more than helpful. Not so much. Pharmacist hung up after asking why would he tell me to come get it if I can't. Switched to publix. They seem to have some compassion for others. Refusal of care is refusal of care. The state will be notified as well as the BBB. I wouldn't give them one star. They are rude, mean, they lie, and they refuse to help their patients. Delivering is a courtesy until the deem it's not important. I didn't realize they were doctors. I hope they learn a lesson from all this.
