This place took care of me when I wrecked my motorcycle on September 19 2024. I broke my back, my neck, my hands, and had multiple lacerations including a detached lef ear. I give them five stars because they show up when they need to, when I was at my worst, they were at their best! Although there were some stitches buried in a couple spots that later came to the surface I still give these guys and gals the credit they deserve . Thanks for making me whole again.

My parents were brought herr after an accident. Nurses were indifferent and rude. Didn't bring my mother most of her meals even when reminded. Getting updates on their condition was like pulling teeth. Nurses sighing, eye-rolling, ignoring call lights. Didn't bring meds on time or at all. There were concerns about them post-op on call dr. Was paged by resident and REFUSED to come in. Don't let your loved ones be there alone without an advocate.

I had to come here every week, sometimes twice a week, for about 3 months. The staff were always so sweet and encouraging. I especially loved the nurses, Leanne and Michelle, they are both so incredibly kind and make you feel comfortable and calm. I'm so thankful for everything they did for me.

I will never forget the men and women that saved my life at ORMC, especially Dr Jason Farrah who not only put me back together after being run over by a truck but also went far and above what you expect from physicians in today's day and age. Without belittling or brow beating, Dr Farrah encouraged me to make some life changes and four years later, other than some aches and pains I could not be happier. Although I hope I never need their services again it's comforting to know that ORMC trauma is only an ambulance (or helicopter) ride away if needed

My mom went to the ER and when I to called to find out her condition they proceeded to tell me that she was discharged to another facility but they would not tell me which facility she went to this is my mom were talking about this is very unprofessional and very rude I will not recommend this hospital to anybody go to another hospital
