My encounter with the dentist was beyond satisfactory. The receptionist displayed exceptional kindness and professionalism. Unlike my previous experiences in medical facilities where the staff tends to be distant, cold and unwelcoming, this office stood out. Each individual I interacted with was truly remarkable. Precious handled my dental work with care and compassion, while Dr. Peterson followed up with the same level of excellence. A notable aspect was Dr. Peterson taking the time to sit down with me post-exam, accompanied by her assistant, to thoroughly explain my treatment plan. Took my 3 year old in for her first dental visit. She is usually very shy around strangers and I was worried she wouldn’t do well at her appointment. Not so! Everyone we encountered was wonderful, and Laurel the hygienist was amazing and made my daughter so comfortable. So much so, that she requests to go back often! Great job, Ocala Family Dentistry!

I’ve never had such a good experience at the dentist. Everyone was very nice, calm, and fun to chat with. It helped a lot with nerves! A lot of time was taken to thoroughly take images and go over what needs done. I appreciated getting a little tour of the building, and getting to go into a separate office to talk over it all. They seem to know that it is expensive, and break it down for prices separately and will work with getting things done as you can. It was so nice to have recommendations without feeling pressured, and having the prices told to me before moving forward with everything.

I always feel warm and welcomed by the ladies when I walk in the front door. Love the beautiful office atmosphere and I appreciate their promptness. Teneal is an excellent hygienist! Ocala Family Dentistry is the best! Amazing staff that went above and beyond when my medical changed to reach out to my new provider and confirm my coverage. While I have a bit of a phobia of the dentist, my hygienist and dentist are always so kind, friendly and most of all, gentle. I’ve been a patient for four years and zero complaints - highly recommend!
