OC Urgent Care

I visited this urgent care in September while I was sick. Before coming in, I called to confirm whether they accepted Cigna PPO insurance and was told over the phone that they did. When I arrived, I asked again at the front desk to make sure they were in-network with Cigna, and was assured they were. Unfortunately, that turned out to be incorrect. After they submitted the claim, I received a bill showing that they are actually out-of-network. I was misled from the beginning with inaccurate information about their insurance coverage. Since then, I’ve made multiple attempts to resolve this over the phone, but I’ve received little help and continue to get the runaround. It’s frustrating to be given bad information—especially when it directly impacts your out-of-pocket costs.

DONT GO THERE! Really bad experience, front staff was nice but, I barely visit the doctor unless I feel really sick, I was feeling bad taking time outside of work, the Dr didn’t check my ears or mouth he even asked me if I needed medicine… off course I did but I’m not a medic, after that I went to pick up my prescriptions with no luck I tried to call back to make sure they send it to the right pharmacy after 9 calls no body had the decency to call back or even pick up the phone If it was a 0 star I’ll put it here.

No queue or waiting. Fast service, thank you for helping with my burn. The main thing to keep in mind is that their lunch time is from 12 to 1 pm.
