OC Plaza Dentistry

I went to OC plaza Dental as a new patient as a referral from my GF to get treatment since I began to have pain on a tooth. I was checked and they told me I need it a deep clean. I went ahead and proceed with treatment to reduce my pain Once I got out - the bill I had to pay was a bit too much even with a PPO insurance (close to $150). I was soo upset with Claudia since she did not told me the amount of money I was going to pay up front. Well short story - my pain did not went away!! I find Smile Care in Anaheim that really help me and found out it was my crown that was in bad shape and I had an infection. The doctor help me and she work on my crown and my insurance cover everything. I did not had to pay any co-pay. What kind I say - worse experience ever and I was not even treated by th

I've been coming here since I was 9 years old (almost 30 years) and I would never go any where else! They are professional and friendly! I feel at ease, like I'm coming to see family, which is great when you have to go to the dentist! I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!

My family has been coming here for 18 years & moved around but always come back here because we trust their work and love the staff's friendliness! I highly recommend this wonderful dentist office experience!:)

Great service Teresa is my hygienist took great care in the cleaning process and Dr. Elisa LoBue-Campbell took her time to let me know what I needed to know about taking care of my teeth. Highly recommend this place. Awesome staff very friendly especially Jahnavi

Great job done by Kristy- only my 2nd time having my teeth cleaned with the electric water toothbrush. Very thorough and goes over proper flossing instructions as well.
