I love Dr.Slagus. But the lady who books her surgeries and appointment was VERY rude, she was keep calling me “honey” (not in a sweet way, as if she was scolding at her child) and was disgustingly disrespectful. Although I was frustrated that I wasn’t getting a call back to book a surgery for DAYS after I was promised, I tried to stay calm and explain that I need the schedule as soon as possible. Instead of being accommodating, she immediately raises her voice and starts acting up on me like a crazy person. Her behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional and because of her, I might need to look for another doctor to do my surgery. Unbelievable.
