I scheduled an appointment for my father through Zocdoc and was awaiting a confirmation call. Since I hadn't received any updates, I decided to contact the office directly. When I called, the receptionist placed me on hold but then disconnected the call. I called back and encountered a rude response, informing me that there was no appointment scheduled for tomorrow.

This review has nothing to do with the doctor he’s great. This is about the operations/management staff. My appointment was Jan 30, they told me it would take 2 weeks to get my glasses. At 2 weeks I hadn’t heard anything so I called and they told me the following week. Then at 3 weeks didn’t hear anything. Every single time. I called no one answers as if they’re screening the calls. I’ve even left voicemails and nothing. So, the 4th week I decide to go in person. I spoke with the manager I believe her name starts with an M. She apologized and said it seems like was something going on with shipping with the company but the system was saying it would be getting shipped the next day. She said she would call me and if I didn’t hear from her to call and ask for her. I have called and again they

I saw Dr. Obinna Akano today and his professionalism and knowledge was excellent. Dr. Akano, answered all my questions to floaters in my eyes and never did rush like other doctor's who had exam my eyes. Dr. Akano made sure that all my questions were answered and went over each diagram for my eyes. I also like to thank Nasha for her kindness and professionalism in examining my eyes. I also like to thank Samantha for her assistance and kindness. I will not hesitate to recommend Dr. Akano and his staff. Thank you all for your kindness and professionalism.
