Dr. Rao is an exceptional dentist with a wonderful personality. He is incredibly patient and understanding, especially with nervous patients like me. He stays calm, answers all questions clearly, and guides you through every step of the dental treatment. Dr. Rao helps you make informed decisions without ever pushing unnecessary procedures. His bedside manner is excellent, and he truly makes you feel comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend!

Tottenville location. 1/17/2026 . When I initially scheduled my appointment, I explained over the phone that I needed a filling. I was informed that a cleaning would be required first. I let the office know that I had already completed a recent cleaning. At that point, I was told that the doctor’s schedule was full and that I could not be seen, which was confusing and frustrating since this information had already been provided during the scheduling call. When I expressed my concern that this situation was due to a miscommunication during scheduling, the front desk representative, Kristina, responded in a manner that felt rude and dismissive, including stating that she would “pull the call.” This interaction caused me unnecessary stress and made the experience uncomfortable. My 2 sons were seen in the office by the Dental Hygienist, Shaye, today. She was excellent! Gentle, thorough, kind, and courteous! She made sure they were ok every step of the way and explained everything to them! Made another appointment with her right away! I highly recommend Shaye! Great job! Thank you!

My visit today was great! My hygienist was very thorough, friendly and professional. She was able to answer any questions and concerns that I had. I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

His expertise, attention to detail, and genuine care for his patients truly sets him apart. He takes his time to explain everything, ensuring you feel comfortable and informed. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about the well-being of his patients, even going so far as to skip his meal time to resolve a scheduling mistake that was made. It’s this level of dedication that makes him a standout in his field. However, I wish I could say the same about the front desk staff.
