They were able to see me on short notice and when I called the day of my appointment they were able to give me a much earlier visit. Very flexible, I really appreciate that. Only waited a few minutes in the waiting room and I was being worked on about 15 minutes into my arrival. Very friendly staff and the dentist who saw me was awesome. Overall one of the best experiences I've had with a Dentist in a while. Would highly recommend!

Oakwood Dental provides good clinical care, and I appreciate the professionalism of the staff. However, the office seriously needs to improve its time management. During my last three appointments, I waited over 40 minutes each time before being seen. At this point, it’s not an occasional delay — it’s a pattern. What makes this more frustrating is that patients are charged a $75 fee if they are late, yet the office does not seem to hold itself to the same standard when it comes to respecting patients’ time. Please stop overbooking appointments. Respect for patients’ schedules should go both ways. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to meaningful improvement.

Let me start by saying I hate the dentist. If I could never go, I wouldn’t. I made an appt, walked in 15 min before, did all paper work & they took me in immediately. Dr Jackman was super nice, made my experience very easing & took the time to explain everything to me. The hygienist Shaye I had was super sweet, quick, always asked if I was okay, if I had any questions, was thorough with teaching me everything, cleaned my teeth so nicely & even gave me a new toothbrush & paste. The front desk was also super nice & helpful too! 10/10 would recommend coming here. Everything from the front of the house to the back of the house was superb.

All went very well this morning. Short wait, hygeniest was Shay. A lovely girl, very efficient. Saw Dr. Jackman, bubbly and friendly, as ever.

I have been going to this dental practice for several years. It is always a pleasant experience! I am always taken on time, the staff is very professional and very pleasant, and I love the dentists!
