Oakview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Ashleigh is amazing, she is wonderful with not only the residents but with the family also. She was there to answer all our questions. Come in after her normal work hours more than once to help with my SIL. She went above and beyond. I can’t say enough good things about her.

Huge Shout Out to Ashleigh, the Admissions Liaison! She is a Rock Star! So knowledgeable! She helped get my Dad admitted to the nursing home! She was the absolute reason I was even able to make it through this transition! She guided me a through it all! Appreciate her so much!!

Ashleigh if you know her you know she is the most loving, gentle, kind hearted person known. She thrives to please she’s honest and a hard worker!

Do NOT use this facility. My mom was there until they almost killed her. She went to the emergency room from there was not coherent and was diagnosed with serotonin syndrome, among other life threatening conditions, for you that don’t know what this is, it’s medicines being mixed that are not supposed to be mixed period and high doses at that. I had numerous battles with them over testing mom regularly for UTI since she was succeptable to them, they refused. My mom was sent to the hospital more than once with severe uti and so severe that they caused seizures , mom never had a seizure in her life til being in this nursing home from lack of proper medical care. I now have my mom home with me and getting great care! If you have to use a nursing home I highly urge you to check on your loved

I would like to take a minute to recognize Ashley T. She is a true blessing to Oakview! I am a DON of an assisted living near by and I recently had a resident of mine spend some time at Oakview for rehab. Ashley was extremely helpful during his stay and played a big part in his quick recovery. Since he returned to my facility Ashley has done alot of follow up and has even stopped in on her own time to check on him. She has a heart of gold and it is HUGE! This woman is amazing and will always go above and beyond for her residents!!
