Calvert Convalescent Center

Not the typical nursing home / convalescent center the staff is friendly, there are no signs of abuse or neglect, and there is no stereotypical odor. It feels like a home with care not care home. this amazed me, While I only gave 4 stars please understand 5 is reserved for absolute perfection. and this place is the closest I have ever seen.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. They take good care of their patients. They have great security in place, too.

My client, Lynda Sayles, would like to say Thank you so much for all of the wonderful care and encouragement while I was in Rehab. A big thank you to everyone who helped me through physical therapy. You all are appreciated.

Have a friend's aunt that is here at present, so I just started visiting her to check on her for my friend. The center is nice and has beautiful people that live here at present. The staff are hard working and great to get along with. The center is clean and well kept.

I know a 89 year old lady who is staying there. She says she pushes a button for service and it takes an hour for a response. She says she timed it. She needs assistance to use the restroom. Said she has fiddle in her pants due to having to wait so long. This is why I left 1 star and if I could leave a 0 I would! Do not put your family or friends here!
