Oakridge Dental Care

Not my nornal dental office since I am traveling. I was very pleased with the entire staff. I was seen promptly at my appt time. DDS Bonesteel examined me and developed a treatment plan. Directly after my acceptance of the plan he proceeded with the dental work. I just had several small issues but I was in and out of the office in a hour. Absolutely a wonderful experience. Thanks!

Really a 0. BEWARE! Dr. Bonesteel at Oakridge Dental Care by the Walmart on 200. I made an appointment for a cleaning. I went in and they took so many x-rays... first on a machine, then all the individual ones and then said they didn't have time do the cleaning! I said I just wanted a regular cleaning and that was what I made the appointment for. The dentist, Dr. Bonesteel, was very rude and said "well we want to do a deep cleaning and we don't have time for that today!" I told him I made an appointment for a regular cleaning and that is what I wanted. He got upset and said I was "dismissed" from his office. I guess he was upset they weren't going to make enough money off of me since I came in on a $79 special. I did pay before I left (wish I didn't since I never got the cleaning...only a

Doctor Bonsteel is a pro . He gets to work and insists his team work with him to get you in and out of the chair . No excessive chit chat . I've been to many dentists in many states over my 68 years and I have no complaints what so ever . His hygienist T is wonderful. She is a pro in her own right . She gave me one of the best cleanings I have ever had and has a outstanding personality. I highly recommend this office if you need quality dental care.

Place is wonderful staff very attentive to patients. Quality of care superb, all procedures explained to maximum detail and step by step. Drs are very courteous and showed mutch concern and respect. Ioved the fact that Dentist and staff took their time with patient and showed a very positive attitude wich makes the patient feel secure and relaxe. Thank you!

If I could give this place a zero star I would. They gave my mom's appt to someone else after my mom confirmed multiple times she would be at that appt. When we arrived every single person behind the desk had their backs turn talking about food and how "they dont want nuts" on whatever they were ordering! Completely unprofessional. The staff is clearly doing a terrible job at documenting calls and confirm. The office manager just said sorry and there's nothing we can do. Poor customer service and trash staff! If you want your appt to go to someone else when youve confirmed multiple times this is your spot. Waste of time.
