Oakmont Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center of Humble

I went to visit my uncle today and found him in a very good spirits. The staff were friendly and the building was clean. He only came here for therapy, but he is thinking of staying permanently. I really appreciate the staff for taking good care of him. A job well done! Thanks to the staff at Oakmont Humble.

I have had nothing but a good experience at Oakmont of Humble. The new leadership team is turning things around putting love, compassion and a focus of care for the residents back in the building. We are involving our community in the lives of our residents with Holidays events, local volunteers that do hands on activities and continuing education for our nursing staff. We are we are dedicated to our core values, stand behind our mission statement and the love for our residents. Oakmont has an annual trunk or treat, back to school fair, cookies with Santa and helps a family in the community with Christmas. The residents love the events and look forward to them.

My mother has been in Oakmont for 3 months now .I love the staff, they treat my mother like their family. The facility is very clean. The staff will help you when asked. This facility is awesome. Thank you to the whole staff at Oakmont for helping my family threw a very stressful time.

My family member was a resident at Oakmont Humble for a number of years. It was just like home. Our family really appreciated the care, love and support she was given. It made us all rest at night knowing she was in good hands. Many thanks to the Staff at Oakmont.

I am so grateful to the staff at Oakmont who cared for my elder mother in September and October 2023. PA Ion, nurse Fumi, nurse assistants Vivian and many others whom I didn’t know their names all showed great care and compassion, and took very good care of my mother. They gave her bath every other day, and kept her clean and comfortable. My family members visited multiple times a day and her room was so clean and comfortable despite having a bedridden roommate! They took her to cafeteria, fed her with patience and respect! The social worker was caring and asked about what else they can do to make her more comfortable. My mother’s last days were filled with compassion and love. I want to thank all staff at Oakmont at Katy for your professionalism and tender loving cares. May God bless
