I had a dental fillings done in this clinic 3 months ago and was having tooth pain and sensitivity for almost 2 months after the procedure. I called them to set up an appointment because the dental fillings become too painful and pain medication wasn’t really working so i went to set up an appt and get my tooth Xray. I confirmed if I need to pay for this check up for the procedure they did and they said no i do not need pay anything. After one month i received a letter from my insurance stating that i got charge for that visit. My question is why would you charge a customer complaining about pain on a procedure you did and lie about not being charge for just a follow up check up. Me and my family has been seeing Dr. Nhung Nguyen from past 20 years. She is very caring and attentive. She is one of the best in Bay area for all your dental needs.

Beware!! This place did horrible dental work on me, my husband and several of my in laws. The work she did caused other infections because it was not done correctly. She did a feelingin on my tooth it became extreme sensitivity, her response was that I would have to live with it for the rest of my life and there was nothing she could do to fix it. She also uses outdated techniques to fix your teeth. On top of that she is a big gossip, the whole time I was in the chair with her she was talking negatively about other patients personal issues or random people's fake teeth.

The front desk is rude and unapologetic. They cancel appointments with out prior notice. This place is notorious for coming up with phony treatment plans and try to suck up the insurance limit for the year. Beware of going to this place.
