I recently had a mole removed by Michaela Thielen. I have had some removed before by other doctors without issue and always the same day as the appointment. It usually takes very little time. This time it was a separate appointment...I learned why unfortunately. For a very small mole I now have a large crater on my arm. When I show people the hole in my arm they can't believe it. I got butchered and now I get to pay a huge medical bill for major surgery. It was a tiny mole!!

I have had a less than positive experience with Michaela Thielen. However, I will add that the office staff and nurses were quite friendly and I did enjoy my experience with them. I had two spots biopsied and I have some pretty large scarring. I have had moles fully excised in the past with absolutely no visible scarring left whatsoever. This was just the biopsy, not even the excision, which I did not end up going through with despite driving half an hour one way to get to the office. Only once I was already there for the excision did I learn I would need to avoid physical activity and heavy lifting for a week. I am also a healthcare professional, and Michaela, knowing what I do for work, referred to my occupation in an outdated and derogatory way. She obviously does not understand my work

The staff is great. Quiet , clean, modern. The doctor is wonderful, friendly, patient and the best.

Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, efficient and would truly recommend them even if it is just once a year!
