OakLeaf Clinics - Chippewa Falls

My daughter went to this clinic for help with her swollen throat and lymphnodes. They barely checked her over, told her it was just a cold, and sent her home. Things escalated and she had to go to Eau Claire for help less than 2 days later. Without going into detail for her protection, they found and diagnosed an illness that is super contagious, long-term, and NOT "just a cold." Now she received a bill from OakLeaf for $300. For what, exactly? You spent all of 15 minutes with her, didn't listen to her, didn't take a little time to figure out what was wrong, and made her suffer and miss work longer than she should have. Why should she give half her paycheck to you for that? As an added bonus, they also advised her to clean her ears with q-tips, which everyone knows is not recommended. We

Went in for side pain. Nurse practitioner was so rude and told me that she couldn't help me with my symptoms and told me to go elsewhere. Probably the worst provider I have seen. This was my second visit after they told me to come in and be reseen. The first visit was great the provider was awesome. But this one I was terrible.

RN Kris is wonderfully compassionate, listens well and even remembers her patients and their concerns. She is a pleasure to have care for you!

The nurse was very rude and didn’t care much about helping to resolve insurance issues that came up. There is a lot of better facilities out there that go the extra mile to keep their patients up to date on what is and isn’t covered. We didn’t know genetic testing was something that needed pre approval first and it was denied so now stuck with about 3200 bill.

I was on the first day of a long trip when I was afflicted with a kind of weird health problem. I went to this clinic in the evening and after a very short wait was seen by one of their providers. A diagnosis was made and after two weeks I know that it was a correct diagnosis and treatment plan. Thank you so much.
