This Pharmacy has great Staff, However the owner who are the actual Pharmacist are rude, disrespectful and have no idea how to deal with customers. I asked to pick up a prescription up a couple of days early as I was going on a cruise and she yelled at me and told me to schedule my vacations around my days to pick up the prescriptions. I explained it was a cruise and I don’t make up the days they leave and she said I have been taking this medication for a long time and should of not taken it prior to save for the 10 days I was going to be gone. I asked he to stop yelling at me and she hung the phone up on me. I called back and asked for the owner and she told me she was the owner. I told her I thought it was owned by the hospital and she started yelling at me again. I asked to speak

The technicians make sure to address any healthcare concerns in a timely manner. The pharmacist there is excellent! Making sure your medications dispense is safe and effective. This independent pharmacy is a gem in Oakdale!
