Oak Ridge Health & Rehab

My sister received Hospice care at Oak Ridge Health & Rehab. I will be forever grateful for the care they provided during a very difficult time in our lives. The administrators and staff were so kind and helpful. I only have good things to say about this facility. I would not hesitate to recommend Oak Ridge!

I recently had taken a bad fall at home the way to my recovery was to have rehabilition I. decided to go to oak ridge nursing home 🏡. I've never had such wonderful treatment in my whole life the nurses were wonderful nurses AIDS were wonderful they would be nice all the way nice maintenance grew to cafeteria workers there wasn't anyone that wasn't nice and very helpful to my needs I used to be in nurses aid so I kind of knew what to look for and what not to look for and I tell you oak ridge nursing home has the best I've ever seen in nursing if I ever do have to go back if I can't make it home I would definitely come back here and make this my forever on thank you Steve thank you everyone Jocelyn was the best nurse I've ever had my whole life saying a prayer for me

My grandmother was here and she was always taken care of. They have amazing nurses and CNA’s and therapy is the best around! I would feel comfortable putting another family member here.

The nurses and CNAs are wonderful. Kind,caring and attentive. With that being said, we have waited months to get a phone in my dad's room. They tell us they can't reach their phone man. When does your company decide to get a new phone man. We are told it doesn't happen overnight. Well it's been 45-60 overnights and still no phone and no answer when he will get one. This has been hard on his mental and emotional health. There is still no sense of urgency.

The staff and management of Oak Ridge did a wonderful job in caring for my dad, Lenwood 'Pete' Ford, for the past 2 years. The facility is fresh/ clean and there is a sense of family as they care for our loved ones. Thank you Oak Ridge for all you do! Idonia Gardner-Houston, Texas
