Gold Cross Urgent Care

I was seen today on Saturday. Granted the lobby was empty, but I was seen with 15-20 minutes of getting there. I was able to get a prescription from Nicole Critton, NP very swiftly. I feel like I was heard and treated fairly. It’s been two years since I’ve been to the clinic, and the property is immaculate. The front office staff Kasie, I believe she said her name was very helpful and polite. Even the MA was very nice. Thank you for providing great care. I will definitely use the clinic again with my family if needed.

Let Me Go On A Rant About One Of My Favorite Provider Sherry Stiles 🧡 She Is So Caring And Actually Cares About Patients That Comes In And Actually Takes The Time To Listen To Them With No Judgement And Will Go Above And Beyond To Make Sure They Are Okay Not Just Physically But Mentally. The M.A Caitlin 🧡 Was So Sweet And Caring I Was Not In A Good Place Mentally Or Physically I Was Going Thru A Really Hard Time And I Was Not Really Wanting To Go To Urgent Care I Came In Quiet And Not Gonna Lie I Also Came In With An Attitude But She Managed To Lift My Spirts. She Put A Smile On My Face And Even Gave Me A Laugh Or Two And I Truly Hope She Knows How Much That Meant To Me. 🥺

My experience was terrible. I was there 4 hours.There were 6 people in the wating room.I got called to the back and I finally walked out without seeing a Dr.

I was having a terrible time trying to breathe, I was having sharp pains in the center of my back, my left side was hurting and so was my chest. I hadn’t slept in 3 nights Something had to give so I asked my daughter to PLEASE 🙏🏿 take me to the doctor, as you know you have to make an appointment but thank God there was Urgent Care!! They were so caring, understanding and compassionate. Thanks Dr Bovee and the staff. You’re the BEST. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Needed them when they said open on a fairly urgent day right after Christmas and drove up to the building for no reason. Would go somewhere else for sure
