We had the pleasure of working with Dr. Dina Bascharon before we moved away. She referred me to a behavioral specialist that truly saved my dogs life and I can't express how grateful I am to her. She was always so patient and understanding even with my difficult dog. My appointments were on time and never felt rushed, the staff was very responsive, and they have very flexible hours. I'm so thankful to everyone who helped us along the way there!

New to the village and looked for a local veterinarian. Dr. Dina and her staff are supportive patient kind and caring. I'm a retired vet tech so I appreciate and know good service and am very selective about my companion's care.

This vet office was highly responsive and adaptable to my changing schedule. It’s not cheap to maintain an animals health well, so I’d say they are priced in range with most other vets in the area. I’ve worked with Dr. Dina several times with my 3 cats, and she always is very attentive to their needs and asks plenty of questions to understand their situation. I always leave knowing exactly what to do and why. Highly recommend!
