As new residents in Sebring, we were uncertain whom to contact when our 12-year-old Coco ceased eating. From my initial call, Dakota demonstrated remarkable empathy and efficiency in scheduling our appointment. Upon our arrival, we were met with respect, and Coco was treated with the utmost dignity. I am deeply moved as I write this, as words cannot fully convey our gratitude. We walked in today for an emergency visit for our kitty Otis, and the whole entire staff was amazing. Not only did they so graciously fit us in to their busy schedule, but Dr O’Sullivan took his time to answer every single one of my questions and he was more than happy to do so. He was so great. His tech was so very sweet and kept us updated the whole time throughout our wait. We are so thankful for this office and their amazing team. Everyone was so incredibly kind, and we can’t thank them enough for all they did for us.

I’m new to the area & my little Westie needed to see a Veterinarian. Oak Hammock Animal Hospital was able to see her the same day. We saw Dr. Danielle Lower. She was so personable & compassionate with Lucy as well as my Husband & I. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Lower & the staff. Thank you all again!
