I came here for an emergency visit and the dentist himself was amazing, gentle, professional, and I had no pain at all. Unfortunately, the front desk and billing staff are absolutely terrible and have completely ruined what could have been a great experience. This office is in network, yet they filed a second claim with my secondary insurance without acknowledging the first one. They were paid in full twice and still charged me over $1,200 out of pocket. They even admitted in messages that I am due a refund, but since June, I have not received a single follow up call. Every time I reach out, the front desk apologizes and says someone will call me back, but no one ever does.My date of service was in May, and it is now October, and I am still in the middle of trying to get a resolution. The dentist here at this practice is not the original dentist (who was much better). For several years I had told them that a particular tooth had pain and was very sensitive. I was told multiple times that the tooth was fine and that there was nothing to worry about and they did nothing for it. Then one day the entire tooth just fractured and fell out of my house. I have to believe this could have been prevented. Go somewhere else.

I’ve had a great experience with Oak Hall Dental in Columbia. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making each visit as comfortable as possible. They were thoughtful in keeping me in mind for earlier appointment openings, which I really appreciated. I also liked that they allowed me to book future appointments in advance, which made scheduling much more convenient. The receptionist did a great job explaining each part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Overall, a very professional and patient-focused office—I highly recommend them! Dr. G and his team are amazing. From the front desk to the dental chair, everyone is warm, professional, and truly cares about your comfort. Dr. G takes the time to explain everything and makes you feel heard and at ease. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming. I’m so glad I found this practice — highly recommend!

I recently had dental work done ant Oak Hall Dental and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. The staff is very personable , Erica the Receptionist, Sidra - Dental Assistant (thanks for being a soothing voice, I think I was nervous every time I walked in the door 😂), Rachel the Dental Hygienist (thanks for being thorough and gentle), and Dr. Ghorban (thanks for your patience, precision and being so knowledgeable). I don’t think I’ve stopped smiling since. If you're considering restorative dental work, I highly recommend this practice. The quality of care and attention to detail really stood out.
