Oak Grove Nursing Home

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. This was one of the worst experiences my family has ever had. The staff showed zero compassion and made it clear that money mattered more than people. It felt like only certain families were welcomed, while others were judged and treated unfairly. I don’t want to accuse anyone, but the experience felt discriminatory. Very disappointing and upsetting.

From the moment I arrived, I noticed how clean and attractive the facility is. The staff are not only knowledgeable but also kind and friendly. Everyone is treated with respect. That kind of dignity really matters. The nurse’s aide who helped me shower, wash my hair, and meet my needs was so caring. The young woman who cleaned my room always had a smile and treated me kindly. The food is good, and the lady who runs the kitchen comes in daily to ask if you’re happy with your meal and talk about what’s coming next. She really cares. I came here to get stronger and back on my feet. Physical therapy is both fun and serious. My therapist makes sure I’m doing things the right way and explains why it matters. Oak Groves Rehab facility is absolutely fantastic! A family member is now receiving therapy there and has had excellent care from everyone. The entire staff has impeccable bedside manner, and the response time is great. I highly recommend Oak Groves Rehab for short-term assisted living.

I highly recommend Oak Grove to help families when they are in need of a quality, rehab or nursing home facility. My family and I brought by dad to Oak Grove to receive rehab and they truly cared for all of his needs. The nursing staff treated him like family and administration was extremely easy to work with. I am very thankful for the exceptional experience that we had at Oak Grove.

I was in a catastrophic wreak in 2011. My stay lasted about a year. I love Oak Grove Nursing Home! I received top notch care. The nurses were very attentive, professional, as well as compassionate. They were doing rounds every 4 hours and came quickly if I hit the call button. The aides were friendly and constantly monitoring patients. There is scheduled bathing times and if a patient soiled themselves they were cleaned, changed, and bedding changed quickly. The owner and administrators were on site every day to supervise. The food was excellent. Most of the staff were tenured, and no abuse of patients tolerated. There were staff that were terminated while I was there, and for just cause.
