Idk what happened....I'm sure she'll tell her boss her excuse. She did a great job the first time. I went this time for a root touch-up and wash only. We were talking and I honestly didn't pay attention and left, didn't need to be blowed dried or anything, as I needed to leave. As I was driving I looked in the mirror and saw black dye below my hairline, ear to ear, I pulled over and took pics. Also I felt a burning sensation behind my neck, I reached back and black dye covered my hand, she didn't wash all of my dye out!! By them time I got home (1 hr drive) it was burning and I git a couple little pimples and 2 on my hairline. I also had a black streak down the side of my cheek(kinda hard to see in pic but its there). I don't why this happened, I want to caulk it up to a bad day, idk. W

Rae is super nice, patient, understanding working around your schedule, great at explaining what to expect/what's happening, and answered all my questions. She did an awesome job on my eyeliner, it looks great! The place was also super cute and clean. Can't wait to go back for my 3 week touch-up appointment! Highly recommend!

For years I’ve had to do my eyebrows every morning before I even considered leaving the house. Even on those days I didn’t really feel like putting make up on I had no choice or I wouldn’t have eyebrows. It may seem very vane to some but it was definitely a self confidence thing for me. I made the decision to have Rae do my eyebrows and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. She was extremely professional, asked numerous times if I was comfortable, and even checked on me later that evening. My results after my first appointment and then after my touch up were all fantastic! In a way she gave me my freedom back to not feel like I have to have make up on in order to go out in public. I went with mom to have her lips tattooed with an outliner and shade. Mrs. Rae worked amazingly with the color! She also plumped my moms lips a few weeks ago, and they look AMAZING! Her studio is super nice and she's the friendliest gal we've met! Mrs. Rae strives VERY hard to guarantee happy clients, and I will be having some work done with her next week, and I can't WAIT! Thanks for helping us women look and feel amazing! You're AWESOME!

I honestly couldn’t wait to come home and post this review. I am so impressed, and pleased, with my appointment today. First off, the studio is very clean. Rae is very professional and made sure I understood the procedure and what to expect. She checked on my comfort level multiple times during the process. My eyeliner looks great. I fully trust her for my permanent makeup!
