OACM After Hours - Columbia

2 stars because the ladies who worked 09/25 were very kind. Also, Dr. Ruth was kind and the first medical professional to refer me an MRI for my issue. However, I called the office for almost 2 weeks trying to get ahold of someone. I need to know if they received my mri from the radiology office. I called everyday for 12 days 2-3 times per day, even had my mom call. I also left 3 voicemails. Some one answered once and told me they don't receive them, I have to bring them in. She never said I needed to make an appointment. Simply just drop in the images. I finally was able to get up there on a lunch break and was told I can't just drop them off, I need to make an appointment and come back. Seriously, I need an appointment to bring in imaging?? Its a money game.

I visited this office on the winter of 2020 and they were fantastic. I had a wrist injury and the front desk lady helped me fill out my paperwork. I saw the doctor pretty quickly and he gave a diagnosis and process for healing. Overall I would definitely come back if I needed ortho help and do recommend this urgent care.

Their computer crashed while checking us in and they said they had no back up way to check us in. I had called at 12 to make sure they were still seeing patients. I drove 30 minutes for them to turn away my son who has a possible fractured ankle. Horrible service and would not recommend.

From checking through treatment, this place was amazing. If you have an ortho problem, their urgent care is worth the visit.

Staff were incredibly friendly and I didn’t have to wait long. Highly recommend.
