O2 Dental Group of Wilmington

I had an appointment scheduled for 3/11/25. I received multiple reminders for this appointment via email / text. The week of I was asked to confirm my appointment by text message which i responded and confirmed. The day of my appointment I received the reminder text that it was at 5 pm which is also their advertised extended day. I left work early to ensure I was on time for my appointment. I arrived 30 minutes early and the office was closed. I double checked their website and the door for the hours and both stated they should have been opened until 6pm. I called the next day to speak with someone about what may have happened and the receptionist confirmed that I had an appointment at that time. She the transferred me to the office manger and the call was disconnected immediately. I call

had an appointment for Friday at 10 AM. Arrived on time, the doors were locked & the building was dark. There is a printed sign on the front door that clearly states the Friday Hours of 9-2. No staff reached out to cancel or reschedule prior to Friday . No answer to phone calls. Horrible.

Highly suggest the O2 Dental Group of Wilmington!! I went once and immediately made them my permanent Dentist. My experience: I called them to see if they’d take me for an emergency check on short notice on the weekend. They took me the same day. I was experiencing so much pain and I didn’t know what was going on. The team of dentists and other specialists displayed a beautiful team effort to help me understand what was going on with the pain I was experiencing. They prescribed me with all the necessary medication I needed and my unbearable pain was gone within 3 days. But they all seemed highly educated and came up with a diagnosis to a quite difficult situation I was in. These people will help you. Dr. Emma, Maria, Brenda, and the rest of the staff (I wish I could remember everyone's name) were so nice, efficient, and professional. I had a chipped front tooth and they were able to get me in the same day I called. Dr Emma did a fantastic job fixing my tooth. I highly recommend O2 Dental Group of Wilmington.

Had been experiencing dental emergencies due to wreck, the employees made me comfortable and explained my options with me. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of my appointment and will not choose another dentist to ever touch my mouth. Kindness, consideration, and most of all the compassion they showed me will always make me happy i chose them to be my family dentist.
