From start to finish, my experience was outstanding thanks to Jacob at the front desk and Marina, the CT scan technician. Jacob greeted me early in the morning with incredible energy and a genuinely positive attitude. Instead of the usual rushed check-in experience, he actually made conversation and made me feel welcome. That small effort made a big difference and immediately set the tone for the visit. Marina was just as amazing. She explained everything clearly and calmly, which instantly put me at ease. The room was spotless, the process was smooth, and the scan was over before I even realized it. Most importantly, she made me feel comfortable the entire time — something that truly matters in situations like this. I honestly wish all technicians were like her. Immaculate service all

This radiology is consistently excellent in its facilities and especially the service. Kevin and his colleagues for my MRI were professional, friendly and very competent.

Was turned away because they claimed to have never received the prescription that was both faxed and sent electronically. Called my doctors office and, after being on hold for an hour, they told me they were surprised the radiology office made me make the call instead of them using the direct provider line meant for situations just like this. I asked the person at the desk why he didn’t call the provider line and he claimed to have no idea what I was referring to, but then also said it’s not his job and that he’s too busy anyway. He shouldn’t be working in the medical field.

Awful. Incompetent and heartless. I had an abdominal scan scheduled for 8. I came 755. They didnt receive my script so that caused a delay until 818. Person scheduled for 830 doesnt show up until 848. Yet they couldnt take me at 818. Told me if next person doesn't show up at 845, im in. But at 848 i was told they came. I kept telling the front desk i dont feel well i have been fasting 13 hours. I wasted time and taxi money for nothing. To think i referred people to this place. If Youre going to work in a medical field, have a heart and try to be competent. Seems like the technician is plain spiteful.

I came for abdominal CT with/without contrast. I was hoping to have a better experience that I had on 1st Avenue in February 2024. Asked for IV nurse, but was informed, that they don’t have it. The technician was not able to put IV even I asked to put warm compresses on my arm. The second technician was able to put IV. Then I was kindly asking to make interval longer in order to see abnormalities in my kidneys when contrast could reach kidneys. They refused to wait even it was no patients behind me. The answer was - we fallow protocol. When I’ve reviewed the findings from my CT scan, and I noticed the report mentions “poorly opacified mid to distal ureters bilaterally” and a “questionable polypoid lesion.” I’m concerned that the timing of the contrast phases—particularly the delayed (excre
