NYU Langone Radiology—Premier Imaging—Park Slope

I have had several MRI and X-Rays. I could not have asked for better service. Every person was kind and answered all my questions. The front desk took care of all my paperwork and was very efficient. Thank you for making appointment go smoothly

I had a great experience. The front desk was very professional and friendly. The technician was the same. They offered a headset and any music I wanted to listen to via Spotify during the procedure because the machines are so loud. I thought that was nice. They also burned me a cd of my images when I asked to have them. Also nice. I need another MRI and I'm going to call them now and make an appointment. Not sure why anyone would have an issue with this office.

Avoid this facility. Take your referral and go somewhere else. Waited for over an hour past the scheduled time for the MRI (with empty stomach, because it is w/ contrast). Insufficient scheduling system or under staff, no idea which one it is but please avoid this facility.

It was the longest wait! 2 hours for MRI. Front desk, totally not helpful.

Had a normal experience, the staff was kind and timely. Not much of a wait, the radiologist was very nice too.
