NYU Langone Radiology—Next Generation Radiology—Great Neck

I recently visited NYU Radiology for a few scans, and my experience with the radiologist, Dana, was exceptional. She was the absolute best—kind, professional, and incredibly reassuring. Dana made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire procedure, which I truly appreciated. I would highly recommend this location for all your sonograms and pelvic scans. That said, the front desk experience was less impressive. It felt like the staff at the front desk were more focused on chatting with each other than acknowledging or assisting patients as they arrived. This is an area that could definitely use improvement. Despite that, I will continue to use this location for my future scans because of the outstanding care provided by Dana.

I have been a patient at Next Generation for many, many years and have always been treated well. I most times have Lisa do my breast sonogram. Lisa is so warm and welcoming. She is very experienced and knowledgeable. Lisa always does a very thorough sonogram examination. I appreciate her professionalism and the great medical care both she and Dr Brandes have given me throughout the years.

I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews. I had an amazing MRI experience this morning.. I don’t remember their names but the ladies at the front desk were very nice. The nurse was amazing friendly and funny. I wish all nurses everywhere were like her! (They just don’t make them like her anymore)! The radiologist was also nice. I was nervous but they all calmed my nerves without evening knowing! Amazing customer service. Thank you so so much !

Great and fast experience when getting diagnostic imaging from NYU at Great Neck! They accommodated me same day AND I was late to my appointment. Very grateful for their compassion when getting my imaging done. Thank you!

The front desk was super unhelpful and made me wait forever between the mamogram and the bone desity scan. I walked out.
