NYU Langone Pediatric Associates of NYC—Long Island City

Wow so this place had me waiting on line for over 20min just to make an appointment with Dr. Stern, it would've been longer but i hung up do to work. A male kept picking up the phone & kept saying "pleae hold", for what? It wasn't like the Doctors themselves were answering there own phones. So disappointed.

The office is clean, the staff are happy, efficient and helpful. You can contact a person immediately upon calling. Most importantly Dr. Natale is a wonderful doctor. She is an incredibly skilled physician and a great communicator. She is knowledgeable, approachable and supportive. I have 100% trust that my kids are recieving excellent quality care!

Disappointed with the wait times I have two kids — one is 3 years old and the other is 9 months — and I’ve been bringing them to Pediatric Associates of NYC since my older child was born. Unfortunately, the experience has been frustrating. It seems like they book multiple appointments for the same time slot. We’re often checked in, placed in a room, and left waiting for 30 minutes or more. If you’re planning to bring your baby here, make sure you have plenty of time to spare

Excellent front staff, nurses and doctors. They are kind and friendly. Always on top of things. Never had a problem scheduling appointments for my (always) sick infant or my toddler. While they don’t have an online portal it’s never been difficult to get a doctor over the phone and ask questions.

The doctors here are great!! Very easy to get same day sick appointments as well. The front desk used to be very cold and with no empathy but glad the current one is much better. Didn’t give 5 star is because this practice doesn’t use any online portal. No after visit summary/notes at all and very inconvenient to ask questions to doctors.
