Friendly and caring staff that listens to and tries to work with you no matter how busy it is. Dr. Ramirez was exceptionally helpful Sunday when I went it with complications from a shoulder dislocation. I left feeling confident i was thoroughly checked and safe. I got a call today from NYU Langone checking on me, and offering to help schedule an appointment with a specialist. I do not go to any other hospital in Brooklyn.

I absolutely adore this hospital. Everyone is so kind and calming, and I’ve never had to wait long to be seen. I want to especially recognize a wonderful nurse named Bridget whom I saw today in the ED. She was beyond incredible communicative, empathetic, relatable, and even funny. She reassured me that everything was going to be okay during what was a very vulnerable moment for me. Because of her care, I felt safe going home and confident that my concern had truly been addressed.

They let me leave 151 over 90 blood pressure. Pregnant and still not feeling any better. Now if something is wrong with me or my baby just note yall will be sued for negligence. Have medical students shadow is cool I respect it but for the MD's in charge act like you really care about your patient, dr relationship

I was kicked out of the original room I was in and received treatment from two separate doctors, because they didn’t know that another one saw me, who gave me conflicting and INCORRECT medical device as confirmed later by a specialist. They absolutely hindered my healing. I don’t know why I was treated in a public area where people are walking back-and-forth, when I was in so much pain and needed privacy. Nurses took hours to get back to me for very simple admin tasks and when I asked when someone could help me, they all just shrugged their shoulders and proceeded to ignore me. I have never felt so not taken care of and will never be coming back here, ever, even if I’m desperate.

Hi I’m Debbie. I live in SI. Last week I woke up with bad headaches and dizziness. I went to NYU LANGONE hospital in Brooklyn. The nurses were excellent in taking care of me. My nurse Tess was so helpful and made sure I was seen immediately. Then the neurologist came to see me. His name is doctor Sean Hanna. He was so kind and made sure I was ok. Thank you so much.
