Phones are never working, even if I call another department to transfer me they cant even get thru. This has been like this for quite a long time. This must be deliberate. 1 Star is being generous and I usually don’t give bad reviews.

I find it rude how its not even time for this practice to clock out and they pick up my call which im trying to reschedule my sons appointment from a voicemail they left me and proceed to hang up!
