The front desk staff at the 4th floor, 4C iis extremely professional, courteous and friendly. Shout out to Chris and the two other men. Unfortunately, I didn't ask their names. I enjoyed speaking with doctor McCallugh and the nurses that assisted us. I truly appreciate the staff. Thank you all for making our visit memorable.

Aside from being told to reach there an hour earlier than when the hospital actually opened. Service was outstanding. Waiting areas were clear, security and staff members were very respectful and greeted each and every patient the same way. I went to the dentist as a walk-in and the care I received was really great. Computers were experiencing some kind of glitch and each staff member was transparent about what was happening and checking in to make sure I was feel alright and updated every step of the way. Communication was clear at all times during my visit here at North Central. Definitely would come back.

I took my daughter to NCBH dentist due to her complaints of tooth pain, which her orthodontist couldn't address. After X-rays, Dr.Daniel Badals examined her and found an infected root canal that required removal. Despite this, he made an effort to save the tooth, and was optimistic about the outcome. Dr. Badals went above and beyond to comfort my daughter, and we're very appreciative of his care.

Amazing staff from the moment I walked in!!!! Security quickly and kindly directed me to intake. They saw the pain I was in and carried my bag for me to get a seat. Intake staff were very helpful and kind. Triage nurses took there time and were gentle as I was experiencing severe rib pain and trouble breathing. Nurses inside quickly tended to me and within 3 hours I was discharged , treated with X-rays and labs, given pain meds which worked wonderfully and sent home when my vitals showed it was safe to do so! During a severe cold and flu season and while emergency rooms are being slammed daily; this entire staff remembered to be kind, attentive, informative and just all around amazing!!!!

I recently went to north central for OBGYN. My OBGYN wrote false information in my chart. The resident guided by the attendant wrote I said something I didn’t say. I said “I’ve had uterine pain for more than 15 years” my mother was present so she could repeat what I said but they wrote I said something else. I expressed my concerns about my uterine condition because the Transvaginal from 2024, said I may have fibroids/adenomiosis. I also got another Transvaginal in 2025 that also suggests I may have adenomiosis. I have had irregular menstrual bleeding for long time I’ve been attending another clinic for OBGYN; they have records there of dysmenorrhea, irregular bleeding and endometrial thickening.
