Great doctors. Caring, compassionate and knowledgeable staff. They saved my son's life twice due to excellent team care, especially the ICU and CCU team THANK YOU. VERY grateful. Blessings to everyone involved with my son's care.

I called today to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I was told there were no appointments available until June, which I understand. However, before I could ask about alternatives or book a June appointment, the front desk representative hung up on me. As a potential new patient, this felt very dismissive and unprofessional. I completely understand busy schedules, but I would have appreciated the opportunity to ask about other options, such as being placed on a cancellation list or securing the next available appointment. I’m sharing this feedback because first impressions matter, and front desk communication reflects the practice as a whole.

My mom had a very pleasant experience in Jacoby Medical Center . the staff meaning the doctors and the nurse went excellent a very patient empathy efficient I can never ask for more. I decided to make Jacoby my mother health care place. The place was very neat. Security service is very serious Above all. I feel safe and taking care of. I always make Jacoby one of the best hospitals in New York.

Came here after a car accident and was sitting in the lobby for hours!! My friend who had an open gash on her leg had to wait four hours just to get stitches after being in pain the entire time. They take forever to discharge you and all the new staff keep introducing themselves without giving any follow up. Horrible service DONT COME HERE

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!!! I have been in the ER almost every month recently for pain from my right ovary !! Doctors asked me about my history and I mentioned I have endometriosis stage 4 and refused to run test until my most recent visit this past Thursday ! I was told by a doctor I need psychiatric meds because I’m distraught over the pain . I was told by a GYN that I was spoken to by pain management doctors and I stated I was and proceeded to tell me I did when my family was present every damn day !!! No one cared !! I was admitted for 3 days to rest and get pain meds , nurses on night shift were terrible !!!! Food they provided was HORRIBLE because it was no food at all !!! Disgusting smelling sheets and gowns !!! My bed smelled like someone peed in it !! They kept trying to give me
