NY Urology

I rated this place 5 stars because I got the help I needed from this place and everyone was being very helpful which includes caring for my personal health. Service was amazing, the receptionists are very nice and patient, nurses actually do their job which I extremely appreciate, wait time isn’t long at all and they call your turn quickly, and I brought most of my family members here as well, overall a great place, it was easy for me to talk to the nurses and doctors about my issues, problems,etc…

They welcome you with smiles, and the doctor I had the chance to see was very kind. My surgery went well, and I had no pain afterward. I would fully recommend this place.

The woman at the counter doing paper work are stuck up conceited and make all types of errors leading to medicine not being approved. I never saw the doctor but I did see his assistant who appeared to have no knowledge of anything and had no interest in helping or interest in treating me as a patient.

Love this facility , Dr Marina is the best ,,the entire staff , med assistants are perfect 10. THANK YOU DR.MARINA

My experience has been very pleasant. The entire staff is professional, friendly and caring. I felt very comfortable and was seen very quickly. I love the services there and would recommend this office to everyone. Thanks to the entire staff.
