Called to make an appointment for my mother , a female answered the phone Saying hello … I said is this the derm Office ….( Very unprofessional to answer the phone saying hello when it’s a business) ……I asked her name and she flipped on me asking me why am I asking her name and her name isn’t my business - (her names RAVINA), after screaming at me… I asked if I can talk to someone else so I can make the appointment because her phone etiquette was absolutely disgusting …. She said no you can’t speak to no one else and hung up the phone. In 2024 I was Starting my Accutane journey. I perfectly timed the process so I’d be done before my bday in March 2025. This office made this journey the worst! They messed up every window to get my meds month after month. One of the most frustrating mistake was someone changing my IPledge answer, resulting in a one month probation for me. I had an online appointment with Dr Ritu Saini. And doctor prescribed me a medicine and I had a issue with medicine. I called customer service many times and many days they never helped me out. Just told me to wait for 1 week. I again called then they again told me to wait another 1 week. Again and again I called them still got same reply. I don’t recommend Dr Ritu Saini because of the customer service

Run, do not walk away from this “Dr” and their office. I was given the wrong address (which I confirmed twice) over the phone. Arrived 5 mins late to my appointment as a result. Was then kept waiting 45 mins past my appt time to be seen. The office was complete chaos. Staff running around with their heads cut off no one knew what they were doing or what they were talking about. One of the front desk women was very kind and courteous despite that.
