NY Best Medical

I visited this location on December 18, 2025, around 3:30 PM for an annual physical required by a home healthcare agency. From the moment I approached the front desk, the experience was unpleasant. The front desk staff member was rude and dismissive, and her tone was unnecessarily harsh over a simple sign-in procedure. What stood out most was that she was only pleasant and courteous to Russian-speaking clients, while other patients were treated poorly. Additionally, the wait time was excessive despite the waiting room being nearly empty, which felt disrespectful of patients’ time—especially for those sent there for mandatory employment physicals. Went there for a couple things wasn’t that long wasn’t that many people.. like the other floors I accidentally went to boy oh boy. But the girls there was nice. The only thing I would say is, in the front of the building before going inside and in the lobby before taking the elevator or staircase . It says on the signs that best medical is on the second floor and if you take the steps, the second floor door will say 1A. Just a reminder.

I’ve had a smooth experience at the place! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and very polite. Everything was done quickly, but never rushed. They were happy to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable the whole time :) Great nurses and super efficient, I highly recommend!

If there were more than 5 stars I would gladly give them! Can’t stress enough on how amazing this office is. The staff at the Ocean Pkwy location is beyond friendly & attentive. For someone who has very weak veins as myself the experience was very quick as Taylor was extremely careful & professional. Made me feel very comfortable and found a vein immediately. I was in & out of the office within 20 mins. I highly recommend NY Best Medical & will continue doing so!

I never experienced that kind of service they taking people wherever they want. I came at 3:45 and people who came behind me @4.15 They already took it. This is not fair. The front deck very uncooperative rude nonprofessional never come here. Don’t know what they doing. I guess it’s even scam.
