NY Best Medical

I came in as a walk-in around 11:30 AM and didn’t leave until about 3:30 PM, so the wait was pretty long. Communication in the front could definitely be better. Even though there’s a lot of information posted on the walls, people still seemed unsure about what to do next. The good part is once I was called to the back, everything moved quickly. I gave my urine sample, had blood drawn, and that whole part only took about 10–15 minutes. That part of the process was smooth and efficient. Just sharing my experience in case it helps someone else know what to expect as a walk-in.

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at NY Best Medical. I came here for a Quantiferon test. Despite being the patient, the clinic is currently refusing to provide me with a copy of my own medical records. They are claiming that because an employer paid for the visit, I do not have access to my results. This is a direct violation of New York Public Health Law Section 18 and HIPAA federal regulations, which grant patients the absolute right to access their medical information regardless of who paid for the appointment. It is deeply concerning that a medical facility would prioritize an agency's interests over a patient's legal rights to their own health data. I am requesting my records immediately to avoid further action with the NYS Department of Health and the Office for Civil

As an experienced treatment coordinator the attention you give to the people coming in tells a lot about the whole business in general and can let you know if I will come back for another annual physical. The female employees will not look you in the eyes when addressing to you and will let you wait an hour without looking at the list. No body should wait and hold your own personal information because an employee wants to finish texting. No food should be at the front desk, specially when you have a break room and are taking turns with your coworkers to go on break. The last two times I came here everything was very fast, but the day I come with an appointment the treatment towards me is very different.

I just have to say—this place is amazing. The service is quick without ever feeling rushed, and everyone here clearly cares about getting things right. The staff? Absolute rockstars. They’re so good at what they do, but what really stands out is how kind and attentive they are, even when things get busy. It’s rare to find a team that’s this skilled and still makes you feel so comfortable. Honestly, it’s the kind of care that makes a real difference. Huge thanks to all of you!
